Who we are

HIBO ENERGY fabricates metal enclosures, cabinets and housings for electric-vehicle charging and energy-storage equipment. We work with OEM buyers, system integrators and charge-point operators across Europe and worldwide — turning their drawings into export-ready sheet metal parts.

Our focus is drawing-led fabrication: you provide the STEP, DXF or PDF, we confirm the design, cut, bend, weld, coat and ship. We deliver empty metal housings built to your drawings — not populated electrical equipment.

How we work

• Drawing review & DFM — before any metal is cut, we check bend radius, tolerance stack-up, material choice and finish, and flag risks with practical suggestions.
• Prototype first — a sample in 5–7 days, inspected against your drawing, so you approve the route before batch production.
• Controlled production — laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, hardware insertion, powder coating and inspection under an ISO 9001 quality system.
• Export-ready delivery — protected packing with photo evidence, so parts arrive ready to assemble.

• UV-resistant powder coating in RAL colors, salt-spray tested
